Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact us.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim 

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist with filing a claim or exploring replacement options.


Refunds for Shipping Issues

Refunds are not issued for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delive.red. Refunds or replacements for damaged items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
